Location:  After a brief telephone consultation, I will provide you with directions to my home office.

Arrival Time:  Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure all necessary paperwork is complete, and to take a moment to relax and settle in before your treatment begins.

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: 

Cancellation Policy:  24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.

No-Shows:  Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no show". They will be charged in full for their missed appointment.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the "full" session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Medical Conditions:  Please alert us if you have a medical condition or are under a physician's care. Conditions such as pregnancy, high blood pressure and heart ailments are of special interest. 

Age Requirements:  Minors 13-17 years of age are required to have a minor consent form signed by a parent or guardian, and the parent must remain in the treatment room at all times. Specific treatments are available to minors upon request. (Minors age 12 years or younger are permitted to receive Sound Therapies or Foot Therapies with a consent form signed by the parent.) Parents must also be present at all times in the treatment area.

Infants and toddlers age 3 and under are not permitted at this time. Please arrange appropriate care for them off site. 

Holistic Etiquette: 

• For your relaxation and in consideration of others, please silence all cell phones prior to receiving treatment.
• For your safety, it is recommended that you refrain from drinking alcoholic beverages before receiving any treatment, including Sound Therapy. 
• To avoid possible interruption of your session, we suggest you utilize the restroom prior to treatment. Robes are available for your convenience, should you require using the facilities during your appointment time.

Gratuity:  Gratuity is not included in the price of services. Customary gratuity is 20%, but the actual amounts are left to the discretion of our clients and guests. If you would like to leave more gratuity for your therapist for extraordinary service, please let us know upon checkout.
